GUI: Default rank for Accessing
You can already set a default rank for building on newly loaded worlds, but what about accessing?

Just set that up when you load a world
/wload <FileName> <WorldName> <BuildRank> <AccessRank>
Or alternatively just /waccess after you have it loaded up.
If you're making the world in the fCraft Config Tool, it lets you set the access and build ranks right there in the GUI. If you don't modify it on your own, it's going to just default to all ranks.
