Reason Given:Was told to Explain the Ban I dealt out to a player.


Sorry it took me as long as it has to respond to what Sanjar Khan asked of me. I went on vacation and then up and moved 3 hours north of where I lived for work so been a little wile without Internet.

As far as I can tell from what I recall of the situation : I found a player griefing another players build and when questioned about it he went off line as soon as I froze him due to a lack of verbal response. He then re logged in under a different name same ip. Again no response from him on his actions, I took his actions to mean his intention was to continue griefing under the new name due to the NON subtle nature of the prior grief, I have run into this before on another site. From what I can tell it was bad judgement on my part to assume anything and I understand why Sanjar Khan was upset that I banned the individual for what "I" thought was a 2nd attempt at speed griefing. I was trying to explain my reason for why I thought the ban was just but I was at work and had the company subcontracted to mine show up unexpectedly...in the rush to explain my self to Sanjar Khan and the others asking I only proceeded to muck up the explanation and make my self look rude I am sure. So if I can also apologize to the individuals that I spoke to that day I would like to do so : I am honestly sorry for being short or unclear to you and I assure you I am far from rude or intentionally ignorant to others for no reason. I hope I have cleared up the confusion.
I want to say lastly, If I am found to be wrong in the actions I took in what I know was a clear assumption on the players intentions I am honestly sorry for the mistake. I love the server and have made what I would hope were some of my better builds here and made a few friends along the way. I had also started to pick up pixel art and the advise fro mthe higher up's was great! I am here to have some fun, unwind and enjoy building. If I am denied the Appeal I would only ask that I still be able to build here and again earn the right to be a Veteran.
