I got demoted!!!

ok I was demoted by theytookourjobs cause i was apperently abusing my commands. I kicked one person wothout knowing i had to warn them. then i warned someone by saying "don't greif" not knowing that i have to mention their name. they continued so i kicked and then desosus said i had 1 more chance. now i logged out and when i logged back in i had been demoted when desosus said i had one more chance. i want to be a builder again cause i got demoted with 1 chance left. i think this is unfair.

OK ginger, i did not demote you for kicking someone, i demoted you for random cuboids of water of world "main".

here is some proof:
