I made this short minecraft animation recently, please check it out and tell me what you think! I was planning on making two more videos that follow up with the characters in this one.

Awesome job! The only things that really stuck out to me were the fadeouts looking kinda funky. Other than that, I liked the looks of it, the timing, and everything! One thing you might try is having the player characters make some kind of vocal noise - I'm thinking something like the characters in the lego video games, if you've ever played those. Just grunts and stuff, to make them feel a little more active.

the object you want to animate, press G to grab it, and then click immediately to place it exactly where it is. This records a starting key frame at frame 1.
