Already put in a letter, this is a nice case of "the idiot government doesn't know anything about reality and how the internet works"

A fellany is a bit much for uploading gameplay videos, since it HELPS the company get business.

I doubt it'll be enforced if it was put in action anyway, unless the govt. is going to actively monitor every youtube video ever uploaded ever.

Funny how it violates the constitution though.

Like Capi said, this has been attempted before. None of them pass.

Haha, good one. The financial meltdown of '08 has shown that USA has descended from the path of capitalism, not to mention the patriot act that basically crushed whatever freedom there's been (I'm exaggerating, but you get the idea). USA is becoming a socialist (medicare) police (TSA airport checks, 0.8% of population incarcerated) state.

If the extent of your worries are finding fault in our system (and playing an online game), it shows we and the free world together have done a good job sheltering you.

Pertaining to our 'socialism', it's obvious that some action must be taken in our economic position and the world's economic position. The only 'socialism' that occurs is in the name of sustaining our freedom, and capitalism as well.

Dude, I don't think you know what you're talking about. USA is collapsing, the rate at which your freedoms are stripped is ever accelerating, your debt is escalating. The empire is no more and I'm afraid this unfortunately is the very end of the dream. You guys are gonna have a nasty headache when you wake up from it.

I'm sorry your superior government has not taught you the ideals of faith and patriotism.

The fate of the world lies in the hands of the world's authority, similar to any other system. In this case, no matter how you challenge it, America is the world's super power.

You can challenge me, and challenge America's system, but I have faith in my country, and believe it has the strength to adapt to the ever changing world.

I'm sorry to say you don't know what your talking about, and neither do I. In honesty, none of us have the credentials to argue about America's system, or any other country's system.

I hope you learn to have faith in America and the world, and cure your cynicism.
If you don't mind I'm going to enjoy my 4th of July week, have a good one.

Gotta disagree. Yes, America is currently in a bit of a slump, but believe it or not, the economy HAS been improving. And before criticizing America, the rest of the world might want to look at themselves. Considering the fact that around 85% of the European countries are doing WORSE than America, they really can't point the finger. It's not just America, the entire world is in a slump. Sure, we have airport checks and other crap like that, but they won't cross the line in taking our freedom since that's the exact principle this country was founded on. They try to take the peoples' freedom away, the government will be overthrown and the country will collapse. It's as simple as that.

I was all excited and ready to oppose it, until i realize how much work it would take to actually oppose it.
