my account got hacked.
can i please have a new start i will build a new build and get promoted again and i have already but helio said i had to appeal to be able to be promoted again.

Why lie like that? You were hacked? Tough. You could have just owned up to your mistake and moved on and we might have accepted it, but why would you lie like that?

IM REALLY SORRY! i just want a chance. i only play on your server because it is so good and i really want to be a good person and i want to have a fresh start! I will be in your debt 4 ever... i want to do well in fcraft because i have tried so hard! ask helio. i have built two impressive builds one was a giant castle(which i got promoted for) and another was the whitehouse(after i was demoted). the whitehouse was even accurate! and helio said i had to appeal because i had been demoted so now i cant be promoted again unless you be the coolest person in the world and let me be promoted again.

You can earn your promotion back with a new build, like you said you would make, but you will not be given your rank back. You messed up and you lied about it. Your appeal has been denied.

Once again, this does not mean you cannot be repromoted, it just means that I am not going to give you the rank back just because you appealed.
