3. How to Enter:

a. (i) Online Entries. To enter online, you must be a registered, Premium member of Curse.com (the “Site”). During the Sweepstakes Period, go to http://www.curse.com/sweeps/minecraft-3D-print-giveaway and follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. All online entry requirements must be completed by the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

(ii) Mail-in Entries. If you are a non-Premium member of the Site, to enter for free by U.S. mail, send your full name, address, daytime phone number, email address, date of birth, and Curse.com account name to: Curse, Inc., Minecraft 3D Print Giveaway , 351 California Street, Suite 1450, San Francisco, CA 94104. The entry must be postmarked no later than the last day of the Sweepstakes Period, and received by Sponsor within five (5) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail or entries. No photocopied, digitally created, or mechanically reproduced additional entries allowed.

b. Limit: One entry per person. Any attempt to exceed this limit (either online or by mail) may result in disqualification. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor, and receipt of entries will not be acknowledge or returned.

4. How to Win: One winner will be selected from all eligible entries (online and mail) in a random drawing to take place on or about March 12, 2012. Prize winners will be notified by email (or any other appropriate method) at Sponsor’s discretion within forty-eight (48) hours of said drawing. Upon receiving notification, winner must reply to Sponsor or Sponsor’s authorized representative within forty-eight (48) hours of said notification, or Sponsor may award the prize to the next eligible entrant.

5. Prize: The winner will receive: (1) Shapeways 3D Print. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) varies based on design dimensions. At maximum dimensions ARV is $630.00. The winner's 3D design must not exceed the dimensions of 140x140x62 blocks. Each runner-up will receive: (1) Shapeways 3D Print. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) varies based on design dimensions. At maximum dimensions approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $50.00. The runner-up's 3D design must not exceed the dimensions of 8.4 w x 4.2 d x 11.0 h cm. In order to receive the prize a .wrl file should be provided by the entrant, preferably exported using a program such as Mineways or similar. The file must contain the 3D design that will be printed. If needed a Curse community manager will assist in preparing the file.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the pricing of its subscription services at any time, and actual subscription periods and exchange rates may vary. Awarding of a prize does not constitute the respective prize-providing entity’s affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement of, the Sweepstakes.
