Regardless of the behaviour of the person you are dealing with, don't add stupid reasons to kicks. Without that blatant flaming we would be looking at a whole different situation now.
What the hell? This isn't a business, we aren't answering to someone, we don't have to be THAT professional, and if a guest is being an asshole I'm gunna be an asshole back!
