i want to be ranked up on my other account it is ampenergy34. i made a kick ass build and when the person was about to make me builder he asked if i was ampenergy33 so i said yes and he said he wont rank me up. so will i ever be able to be ranked up on my second account or not???????

Why do you need 2 accounts as rank builder?
That's what I think they mean.
