A way to leave notes/tags on player records.

i was thinking of how when people grief all the time and know what they are doing, they will grief then leave so they are not warned. therefore, they cannot be kicked because they have to be warned and such. they also cannot be frozen because when they leave you cannot freeze them. I suggest a tag command that enables you to label a player with a yellow star maybe and be able to say "griefed but was not warned" when they log in and when you type /info <players name>. that way the griefers that grief and leave can be stopped. Maybe a /mark, /note or /tag command if this is approved.
Thanks!

it also could be used to tag people that are going to be promoted but have to leave
/tag <player> rankup but had to leave, needs to be taught
or /tagm (message) <player> Fragmer wishes to speak with you <op+only>

For your first suggestion: /setinfo Sharker28 timeskicked 1.
As to your second, how about the power of communication.

This would definitely be helpful. But currently I don't have a good way to fit this into the PlayerDB infrastructure. I'm putting this one on the backburner.
