I thought there should be a command were you can build arches instead of repeated building, i think it should be for vet+ (i am only builder) but builders who were previously guests might disobey there commands. Any way what do you think?

By 3D circles, I assume you mean spheres, and /sphere is veteran+. You can use /e to create ellipsoids, which get the job done too.
