Reason Given: 'ban' or according to Scrathy 'not listening'

Just to clarify what happened: I was attacked by SurferdudeX because he thought I stole his stuff. I went into his house to show that I didn't steal anything, when Scrathy entered and killed me. From that moment on, I was trying to negotiate with them about getting my stuff back. This escalated into an argument which eventually got me banned.
I realize I am guilty to, among others, insulting fellow players, disregarding the commands of a trustee, and denying several server rules regarding PvPing. About the server rules, I have once again read them carefully, and it's clear to me that PvPing is allowed and Scrathy was completely not in the wrong, even though I accused him/her of it.
I'd like to apologize to Scrathy for disregarding his authority as a trustee. I realize I should, in any case, show respect for someone with a higher rank. Because I do not know Scrathy that well, and because I was confused by the new ranking system on the temporary map, I did not realize he/she was a trustee. I promise to respect his authority in the future.
Finally I'd like to apologize to SurferdudeX for involving him in this argument, and to Smaugswe for insulting him. Rationally, I would never want to insult anyone in the community. I enjoy being part of it, and considering I was planning on a large project to dedicate to the community, it would be a terrible shame for me to lose my place within it.
This said, all I'd like to add is "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have whined in the first place, and I shouldn't have made a big deal of it." I hope for the understanding of the trustees.

You should show respect to anyone on the server, no matter what their rank is. As for getting unbanned, I think you'll probably stay banned for a while. It's good that you admit your faults, but you'll have to accept the consequences. How long you'll stay banned, I do not know.

Well, logically, I will either be unbanned or banned forever. If I will not be unbanned, I'll have to accept the fact that I am removed from the server and the community forever. There is no speaking of 'for a while'. But of course, the trustees have a final word on this, and if they see fit to expel me from the community, nothing in my power can be done. Long after I've learned to be a better, honest and respecting man, the community will regret me. Should I accept this as a consequence?

Yes you were fighting with me verbally and stating that its against the rules to kill others,
and blah blah blah.
The only reason i banned you is because you don't read or listen to what others tell you.
It seemed my plan of banning you to make you listen failed, because you went on irc and
complained some more and such and STILL wouldn't listen to me.

Your ban is being uplifted because it seems you finally have listened to me and appealed
your ban, and you also have an understanding on the rules about the server.

And for the others who posted in this topic. Get the fuck out, you aren't involved in this ban, so don't post on this thread.
