For people that patrol, I will write Rule #1: Follow rules for the rank before.

If someone is OP, then that rule #1 will be the first, then I add additional ones, like every so often, you should /patrol and check worlds... Something like that.

To be able to assign different rules to different ranks. Sorry for not being clear.

So perhaps you're are suggesting that fragmer add a /rules for every rank instead of just guest/builder. Ex: /rules veteran, op, etc...

Yes sort of. Maybe for every rank, add a check box for config tool that says "add custom rules for this rank" and it lets you click a button to make rules for the rank.
If that is too much time, maybe /rules op or /rules guest

It is possible in 0.600. Create a folder named "rules" in your server's root directory, and add text files to it. Each text file corresponds to a rule section. E.g. "rules/op.txt" will be mapped to "/rules op" command.

Sorry for not asking earlier, but it's impossible to use a "/" in a word document's filename. What should I do for the "/"?

When I say "rules/op.txt", I mean a file named "op.txt" inside a directory named "rules"
