I'm posting this on behalf of Sipsi, since he seems to have trouble registering onto the forums. I had him write up the appeal and send it to me via Email. Email signature is below.

Alright. First is first.
There is a bug at the moment where builders are able to freeze guests.

Sipsi, instead of asking a vet or an Op to assist... Decided to take actions into his own hands and freeze guests that were griefing his (large) cuboid building on main despite me telling him not to several times.
After he agreed not to do it again, he then does it a few more times before deciding to kick a couple of guests, clearly ignoring any warnings about patrolling or moderating previously.

Hopefully Sipsi you learn from this, as a builder you are still in the learning stage, you should be off building and having fun, not stressing over griefers.
If you see someone griefing, don't kick. Ask a vet or an Op to assist. Grief damage can be repaired with a push of a button instantly.
