Hi. The suggestion is simply:

We can blacklist a rank from building on a world!
Like if the rank are:
Admin
Op
Builder
Member
Guest

Members and Builders are allowed to build in a world, but Ops and Admins NOT! You got it? :P

Okay, so who is going to do the blacklisting? You didn't really think this through did you.

And if you take away the powers to whitelist/blacklist ranks from higher ranks, you will get a server where you have lower ranks trolling the higher ones with intentionally locking maps and nobody but people with full access will be able to do anything about it. If you don't, then what's the point in blacklisting them if they can whitelist themselves again?
The rank structure is there for a reason on a server - if you can't trust the higher ranks to not follow rules (because they build on maps you asked them not to), then perhaps you should demote them?

I agree with Sanjar - this is an extremely stupid idea.

I don't think I explained will enough....

Maybe you can think yourself as well, not just killing me cause of a bad example?
If we say the same ranks, an Administrator wants to make members build in a world, but not a builder then. Builders do not have any ManageWorlds commands.

Admin - allowed
Op - allowed
Builder - NOT allowed
Member - allowed

You get it now?

If a builder builds there then you tell an op or administrator. Then they should handle it. It does not need a command.

It's not cause it's necessary, it's to make "gaming simplified" :)
