I am appealing 3 kicks I have received

Reason Given: {being rude and "stupid"}
I have gotten kicked three times for things that I did not do. Okay, the player "Pilot_Death" was building a house( I do not know where) and I was on the complete opposite side of the map. I joined the server and he decided to spam "Dmd2256 is griefing my house." I tried to tell the ops that I didn't grief his house. Vulgar language was used from Pilot_Death. I tried to tell everyone I did not grief, but he kept telling the ops to ban me. They listened three times in a row. Eventually, I decided to stop saying I didn't, and Pilot_Death decided to be quiet about me.
I am being honest.

DMD was arguing with 2 other people. all of them were saying obsceneties. i told DMD to stop and he told me kick him. so i did.
he came back and kept arguing and saying rude things and so i kicked him again.
the arguing and grossness stopped.
he then started asking about the rules and became civilized and pleasant.
i like him i think he's cool.

ok what dmd is saying is the truth i was there and watched both him and pilot they were on opposite sides of the map building. i honestly think he was kicked wrongly all 3 times. even after the kicks and vulgar language that was used he honestly deserves to stay as he now has built great and helped along with others. even rockgvmt's post is true.
if the kicks could be removed from record im sure this person will be a great builder.

I went through the logs and I support the removal of dmd's kicks. The playerDB has the supposed victims first joining the server on May 31st. According to the logs their first times logging on were:
05:03:20 > Player CameIMilk joined world main.
05:03:48 > Player Pilot_Death joined world main.
Then the rest below are just the claims of supposed grief that was caused to make a small time-frame of events.

Its a case of "
been on server for not even 15 minutes and claiming credit of a "4 hour build"".

According to the logs you were kicked twice during this incident so I removed those two.
I hope you continue to stay at our server and build many great things.
For future reference just ignore the trouble makers like those two. We have eyes in the sky to see what is really going on.
This can be locked now, since it appears I don't have moderation controls here
