Auto Rank

I noticed that the fCraft official freebuild has an auto rank for one of the ranks. I was wondering how i could include a few auto ranks into my server such as
1 hour promotion for newcomer
5 hour promotion for regular
a secret reason for Mod

I was hoping to finish making AutoRank available to everyone in 0.600, but ran out of time. Right now I would not recommend using it (it's unfinished and undocumented). Hopefully I'll be able to finish it soon, and make it easy to configure.
