[FIXED] 0.603 Use /wbring to access restricted worlds

My friend wanted to go to a owner+ world, and hes not owner. So he used
/wbring (hisname) Ownerworld

And he bypassed it

Don't know if it was designed to do it or not.

Found the bug, fixed it internally. Will be included in next patch (0.604). Thanks for the report!
