Reason Given: Greifing.

Why we should unban/unkick/repromote you: I'm new to this game, and I have no idea what greifing is. I said I was new, and someone showed me to a house he previously owned. I didn't know this was someone elses house he led me to. So I put down a bed and made it my home. The next day when I logged on, there was all sorts of things in my... so called house. So I deleted it. Then when someone asked what has happened, I realized I had been tricked. So I tried to hide it. Big mistake. I got caught and banned. I had no idea it was someone elses house. Someone led me to it.

Its not my area to speak of the appeal i want to point some things out

First off: you stole my pistons, 11 of them were missing, i had an op check your chest, and you had 11 Coinceidence

Secondly, The Pailstone in your *House* i told you about Lots of people told you NOT to destroy it, and you still griefed it and deny'd it

Thirdly You admitted to griefing to hit_girl saying "I was mad"

Im not saying anything towards the appeal, You may be accepted, You may not, Just pointing things out that you Failed to say.

No one told me not to destroy it, as far as I was concerned, it was my house. I have only just realized it wasn't.

Who is this 'someone' who led you to believe the house was yours? I bet you've conveniently 'forgotten'. The items you griefed, were already placed, before your existence on the server, if you really think lying will get you un-banned think again. I hate, compulsive liars such as yourself, you were adamantly telling me how you didn't grief, and only admitted to it when faced with a ban. Now you come here, and insult my intelligence for the Second time by giving me a false story of what really happened.
How can I possibly be able to trust that you won't grief again?

The items weren't already there, and I won't grief again because now I know that that isn't my house, so I'll just make a new one. And if it helps, I can provide with the name that let me to my 'house'

Actually, they weren't. If you've bothered to read my post correctly, you'd of know I actually asked whom led you there, and required it, so yes I would like to know.
Secondly, you won't be getting unbanned until we have some means of anti-griefing tools. My estimate for that would be in a couple of weeks.

How long do these usually take to be sorted out?

As long as they need to. Hit Girl stated about 1-2 weeks above. I will lock this until then so she can give her resolution.
