Having troubles in Skyrim

Ok, I was in sneak mode while on a flight of stairs, then I went to the Steam community page with Shift+Tab. When I went back to the game, I was stuck on the walking mode as if you were holding shift (it's a slow pace walk). I cant seem to run normally now, and I can only get back to the normal run only if i hold shift. Are there any solutions, or is this just a personal problem
And if you didnt realize it already, I am currently failing at this game

Yes, capslock toggles between run/walk. Be careful with the shift+tab menu as well, it brings on some bugs. I've only experienced endless conversations using that menu, and for some reason sometimes when I enter it I TALK IN ALL CAPS AND SHIFT NOR CAPSLOCK TO ANYTHING.

I've found that simply moving your mouse down and clicking the [TAB] Exit icon fixes this bug.

So many bugs lol. Thank god for the dragon shout, ive had to shout out main characters who have been stuck in doors and walls lol >.>
Also there are a few characters with no voices, search Skyrim nexus for mods and bug fixes.
