[RESOLVED] no clip not working

hello peeps
ive been messing with setting up a server
really like your server software and the fcraft crew

i got a problem, that i cant use no-clip on my server but speed-jump-fly work fine
is there a setting ive missed somewhere?
i can use it on your server and others,
but not on mine.

That is because if WOM doesn't see +hax in the motd, it wont let you no clip.
