[FIXED] Spectating players are not being hidden

It appears that players who uses /Spectate will not be not hidden from players that they can hide from, which conflicts with the specification, or at least with the wiki. I can hide from (own rank), and a player from any rank, even the lowest, is still able to see me. I have not done extensive tests with different /hide settings.
