How can i make a site.... how /rules but my info
i want that a player can write /... and they can see a text changed by me

Copy the code for the Rules command, rename it and point it a different file. You can then fill that file with any information you want!

To mod fCraft you need to have some basic modding skills, judging by your questions I assume you do not have any experience on coding or the like.

I therefore recommend clicking on the "Show" button in my previous post or even better: Reading the wiki page fragmer linked you.
