1: It wasn't "in", it was a lava cuboid through the side.
2: It wasn't even a tnt box, it was made with yellow wool.
3: A cuboid on main.

I spoke with Kate about this earlier, who said that the cuboid was meant to speed up the process of filling the volcano-albeit it was sloppily done. I gave Kate a stem warning and the benefit of the doubt, since I could understand use of draw commands to help a guest far more rapidly.
