[INVALID] Event music?

When i say event i mean, when someone gets promoted or demoted, kicked, banned, muted? a tune plays, or even music playlist on a certain map.. I would absolutly love this feature!
This cannot be added, music is added inside the minecraft.jar, which is client side, you can't send music over the server as you'd actually have to upload a music file and every client has to download it.
