{the 07.01.2012 i had someone banned and haven't warned and kick him before}
I'm very sorry and sad about it and I want to say excuse me. I hope that I will get my rank as veteran back and would like again to say I'm sorry.

Alright lets get this sorted, I asked Sanjar to demote you from IRC for me as you broke the same rule AGAIN.
That is... You get a little carried away and kick/ban without warning.
Yesterday (I think?) I recall you kicking a heap of guests WITHOUT warning because they were building a penis together.
Then today you banned a guest because the guest left the server whilst frozen before you could even warn them.
I also recall another instance where you banned/kicked a few guests and me and Pyro warned you then to.

Then... You cannot forget the situation we had on Builder90 where you griefed/tunneled right through someones building, you got away with a warning then to.

The fact of the matter is, you have absolutely no grasp at all on the rules, do you think you're above them?
Fair enough if I only have to warn you once, but I have had to warn you about stuff multiple times and frankly... I'm over it.

So here is the deal.

You are going to stay as a builder until such a time as you are deemed responsible enough to hold the rank of Veteran which comes with the extra moderation abilities.
You are not to whine and constantly bug us to re-rank you during this period as it will extend it, possibly indefinitely.

Luckily for you, all the Ops present on the server are also well versed in the rules, so don't be afraid to ask them.
