Rugged I don't think it's an appeal, I believe it is a application/request. Ok now to say you can't ask to be builder, you may ask for review though. In order to get builder you must play on our server for a respectable amount if time, you must build something that impresses op+'s, you MUST fallow the server rules.

You were demoted from builder to guest 2d ago by xN8Gx for command abuse on builder92.
