If the server is full, and a player with reserved player slot logs in, the auto-kick msg displays.

It shows (white)Player (namecolor)Name (system msg)got auto-kicked (...)

The "Player" should be in system msg color as well.

And now when we're talking about this, what's the rule for WHO getting kicked out?

When the server is full, and a player with a reserved slot joins, the server kicks the longest idle player on the server.

Fixed the color bug internally; thanks for reporting.

The one who gets kicked is the longest-idle player from the ranks that are subject to idle kick.
