Help! I've fallen up and I can't get down!

Okay, so today my game went wonky and a section of the nether wouldn't load. Nothing new. When I reloaded the game, however, i was on TOP of the nether. Y =129. No escape other than to /kill myself like an emo and lose all my diamond tools.
Tears were shed.
Manly tears.
I know for a fact I'm not the only person this has happened to. More Lolnotch coding.
Anyway, my suggestion is, at the coords 0,129,0 (could be anywhere, but that loc is easy to remember, yeah?) put a hole in the adminium, with a ladder going down to help all those trapped up there escape with their gear and items....
