Reason Given: {GOODBYE} Ollieboy thought i was annoying for saying i was afriad of lightning so he killed me by lightning and lost everything so i complained about it "bitched" as ollieboy would say. He muted me after i said how ollieboy reminded me of how bad my life was so i started suiciding(i didnt have anything else to lose) he kicked me and i joined back. He unmuted me and i said can i just get my stuff back or something like that and He muted me again. when he unmuted me i made a joke like "oh make the lightning strike me again"(it was raining) so he muted and kicked me again. i was staring out the window looking at a creeper in the rain when they unmuted me again and i said "can i talk without getting mutted" and he said next time were banning you he muted me again. next time he unmuted me i started talking to a friend and i told him "ollieboy killed me and i lost everything can you help" so a op+ i think kicked me with the message "GROW A PAIR"(they didnt mute me). i came back and said "i was just telling him i needed help"(him is Bluehulk4) so i went on building/crafting and at night when there were alot of mobs when i got to a safe place(where i wanted to show my friend something) i said "im more afraid of a op+ than any mob" to my friend as a joke and ollie was about to ban me but he forgot untill a few minutes later when i said "ollieboy are you still watching me" and he banned me with the message [GOODBYE] and i dont know for how long. how can you ban somebody just for talking.
I do not deserve to be banned like this. i never greifed. im a vet on classic and i have bluehulk4 to prove im innocent. Please help me with this problem. I find this very unfair and i dont think ollieboy should be a owner because he gets angered too easily. i think he hates me from a year ago in classic when i asked for too much info on how to rank up to be an op. he muted me about 5 times then and finnaly kicked me. if you make ollieboy no longer a owner get an owner that dosent hold a grudge and/or can take a simple joke.
THIS IS MY SIDE OF THE STORY. ollieboy if you see this i want you to make your side but keep the truth in it.

I ACTUALLY left about half way through this is and you were annoying the trustees so they handled it. I also would have happily accepted this appeal had you been apologetic in any way, as we don't need attention seeking teens crying and threatening to kill themselves on the server.

We gave you lots, and lots, and LOTS of warning about the path you were heading down, making your "jokes" which we saw as trolling. I gave you back your stuff, because I thought that MY joke was funny, but you took it like a selfish teenager, and then continued to cry at the trustees and frankly anyone who would listen about how I was the reason you would kill yourself, how your life is a living hell, and blah blah blah which we did NOT care for. We TOLD you to stop lest you be banned, and you didn't.

NOW I will give you ONE more chance but for fuck's sake, you have a roof over your head, money to buy Minecraft, parents who love you and an internet connection, which beats 70% of children in the world today, so stop CRYING at trustees for attention. CLEARLY it doesn't work. Appeal accepted EVEN THOUGH you were a completely selfish, spoilt brat in that appeal.

And if you seriously don't understand the reason we (AS A TEAM, not JUST me) banned you in the first place you aren't going to last long.

I hereby announce my resignation as owner.

Oh and about that resignation thing. THAT was a simple joke. You had better check that attitude at the door when you come back on SMP. Instructing the other owners to get rid of me because you EARNED a ban? You had better start being grateful that us VOLUNTEERS are here maintaining the server. We don't get paid, we do this so others can enjoy it, and if you start to annoy me, you don't get off free because of the hours of our free time that I and the other owners have spent making an environment for people to play a game on.

thanks for accepting my appeal and im sorry for what i said and done. for me it was 2:00-3:00am and i shouldn't have been playing that late. that is probably why i freaked out. i wrote the appeal when i got banned but i just submitted it now not realizing how mean it was. i did get your joke and i actually laughed a bit knowing you weren't going to resign. i guess i was the one holding the grudge from when i asked about how to get an op rank. i also forgot the last thing i said until now and thinking back that sounded like one of the dumbest things i ever said. thank you for the servers though(give thanks for others who help to) if i ever go on a crazy rage like that again i think i will deserve to be banned. please if i do something to annoy you again dont shock me as your first answer. give me a warning.(or was i not paying attention) thank you for reading this and thanks for letting me play the smp again. keep up the good work as a owner and keeping the server up.
