One of the features i really like about the fcraft.net freebuild server is that there are different sections of the rules. Is this something that is currently only available in the official server and if so will it be released in one of the next software updates?

Oh am I a big fan of those too. This is actually very public, yet many people do not know how either. I got direct information from fragmer, and he said to make a folder called 'rules' in your server folder. Then drag every section but the rules.txt, and then restart the server. Or just reset the config. Try again, and you should have sections of rules!
