Tanni there are many reasons that this could be happening, please specify what settings you have set and your configurations. My question is, do you have good internet?

Looks like portfowarding didnt work. Also - maybe it's blocked by a firewall. Check that too.

That depends on your set up. Ask whomever configured your network.
