[INVALID] /SetSpawn works in worlds I'm not allowed to build

Not sure if this is really a bug, but I can set the spawn of worlds I do not have build permission for. Not really sure what else to say about it.

You cannot actually build there, so it can impossibly be a bug. A suggestion of this would be better, cause I agree, you shouldnt be allowed to setspawn in worlds you may not build in.

I dont see this as a bug.
You might have a world, where you explain the rules on banners to new guests.
And then tell them to join a other world.

This behavior is by design. Setting spawn is not building.
