Im just wondering if its possible to download maps or builds from anywhere

You can grab maps using WoM client; the "Dump Level" feature. You might want to ask permission to use stuff from other servers/other players, or it might be considered stealing content.

fCraft itself does not have any functionality for downloading/copypasting maps or builds across servers. I don't plan on adding such functionality.
