Im just wondering if I may have permission to use the space map the next time its up? Im not sure if I ask this here or somewhere else so i'll put it here for now

If you are asking if you may dump the map with WOM to use it for your own server, that will be up to Fragmer and the maps creator. As long as you don't claim that you yourself made the map.
