why: abuse of kick, repeat tunneling and ground grief.


why i should be re-promoted: i was using noclip, not tunneling. and ground grief? i just broke a few blocks out of the floor. abuse of kick? i dont remember u kickng me.

Read this post here viewtopic.php?f=8&t=12and make sure you follow the template in it, just hit the Edit button and edit your previous post. Also if you need the Information go ingame and type /info it will tell you who and why demoted you

You're accused of having kicked someone else in a way that violates the kicking guidelines.

I Don't quite remember this on hand, but you should know that:
-kicking others isn't allowed when vet+ are online, which you did twice.
-After checking logs, the fact that you made lots of random holes in the ground (grief) Also isn't allowed.

And last but most likely not least:
-Tunneling randomly, which is only permitted when you use it for a build and you have a good reason.

All of these things the builder rank should have some understanding of these rules, which you failed to follow.

Although the long time it took you to appeal (even after i told you to appeal right after i demoted you, your appeal is ACCEPTED - but you shall know if this happens again you'll be permanently demoted or even banned.
