[DUPE] /ignorenot

This may be a dupe but I cant find it.
So basically there is always the problem of newly promoted builder being distracted while being taught, So I was thinking having a /ignorenot command.
Ex.
I just promoted a builder but other builders are bugging him, therefore I tell him to type /ignorenot thelonedrummer18, this would blank out all messages except every public message I type.
I at least think it would be fairly useful, but I'll leave that for everyone else to decide.
