Being that I'm the owner of Skydem, i find it right for me to answer this even if you say not to. First of all if you didn't know, there is no separate worlds for cities. All the worlds are in 1 map.

So back to the matter at hand. The home you were in is NOT created by me or should even be there because it's under the city. Also, Skydem is in the air, therefore I am not in charge for the water below. The zone for skydem is the city, not everything around it. The house you were in had 0 "No PvP" signs therefore the kill was legit.
