I think we're just trying to figure out why you feel the need to announce your absence. It's really not that serious of a deal. If you're going to be inactive for a bit then just go inactive. It's really not necessary to create a topic on the forums announcing it especially if you aren't even going to explain why. You'll still be whatever rank you are now when you return. Enjoy your break though.
