why: kick abusing

It looked like he was destroying blocks and I warned him 3 times. I didn't know my player was spassing out the entire time and so it looked like he was griefing. I didn't know I am so sorry
and I will not do it again I didn't mean to abuse.

For now, I think its best that you stay builder.
Reason being, I don't think we can trust you in moderating, you're very hasty when it comes to making decisions ultimately leading you to make the wrong one.
I will review the case again in a few weeks, but for now I'm denying your appeal.
