Hello, my name is Matt and i got demoted for griefing. I griefed before my promotion and got demoted. I hereby swear to never grief again. I also would like a promtion but if you feel i dont deserve one i understand completely.

I liked your reasoning in the incorrect template better.
But anyway, it wasn't a lot of grief, so I'm willing to repromote you to builder.
As long as you know you NEVER grief again, you're okay.
