currently, the only way to place air is with cuboid. Perhaps this could be implemented in /bind?

Maybe /air and place white wool? This could help ou t with some things, along with somply being a sensible addition to the /bind collection.

I'm having trouble seeing uses for this -- you can 'place' air by left-clicking. The only situation I would see someone using this would be in water or lava, but even that can be done by placing a block and then deleting it. In what situations were you thinking this would be useful?

it just so happens i AM building an underwaterbase, and sometimes dont wanna place and delete, especialy for small domes, where its not worth while to fil up with tnt then replace with air via cuboid

It is possible to

Code: Select all

/bind white air
already, right? am I understanding the suggestion wrong?

if it isn't working yet I would like it added, this may indeed be useful for underwater things.
