Ban appeal

hi i just bought this computer from some guy and when i tried playing minecraft it says IP Banned by DreamingInsane for being a ban evader i dont know what this is please help
IP addresses are routerside, you failed at trying to trick us.
We know you're darkmoney5, not a good idea to come in with an account "5darkmoney".
As before, appeal denied
