[INVALID] World color in world changes

When I modify a world, such as unloading, loading, or renaming, it does not show the world color in the message. Heres a screnshot:

There's not a reason for it to show access/build permissions. Renaming deals with the map file, not necessarily who can access/build on it.

This is supposed to happen. Like Element said, there is no reason to show build permissions when renaming a map. Not a bug.
