ok i wanted to ask for another chance ill be nice i wont ignore unless well im afk on chat or something i wont advertise ill be nice to guests and stuff all i ask if another chance i mean if i dont get it i dont get it but ive been with the server since january 15th 2011 just sometimes guests make me mad and im tired and grumpy in the mornings and im sorry
I'm truly sorry it will never happen again i probably wont play in the morning because of this and being really tired and making dumb decisions while tired and truly sorry.

Whatever the outcome, you won't be getting OP back.

As an Op, especially such an old one, you should've known better, and if after a demotion from a STAFF rank, you still have to ask if you have to follow a template, I think it's best if you stay veteran for a while.
