Reason Given: "grief"

Yesterday, my brother (GoldenWizard) and I decided to leave fCraft for multiple reasons. Golden gave away his stuff, and afterwards we used tnt and lava to blow up Riverdale (our town.) Nobody complained or stopped us. I logged in today for a while and wandered around and logged off. GoldenWizard tried to log on a few hours later and saw he was banned for "grief." I tried to log in too and saw the same thing. I went on IRC and asked about it. I was told inter had banned us for griefing our own build, so I asked why. Hit_Girl said people have been banned for grieifing their own stuff before, but I don't understand why I have been banned, as I have never seen someone get in trouble for destroying things they built, and nobody said anything against it while Golden and I were doing it. There were ops+ on at the time.

That there where ops online doesnt mean they know what your doing.
And maybe some ops+ doesnt even care about it.

But why leave our server, with a destucted and ugly town? If you wanted it to be ereased you could have ask a trustee (or a op+ to tell a trustee) to do it for you.

I dont see this as a grief 'of your town' but more as a grief 'of our server'.
And you not 'seening anybody been banned for it' doesnt meen it doesnt happen.

You guys know i like you, and that this ban isnt something i like todo.

So i ask you, why did you grief 'our server'?

We didn't think people would mind so much that it was ugly, and for that we apologize. We blew it up because we wanted to "go with a bang" and as nobody lives or really goes to riverdale, we thought it wouldn't matter if it would be full of holes. Also, as I stated above we believed that briefing our own build wouldn't matter, and we didn't think it would be considered as server grief. I hope this answer suffices, as I hate to leave the server on such a bad note.

I'll accept your appeals, unban you and promote you to member.

But, riverdale was griefed to pieces and lavaspam. So i deleted it.

Only problem is, i'm on the road atm. so i cannot login. So you have to wait till i can again, or maybe some other operators will do it (be)for me.
