Well about that, the only way to get refund is to write your problem to mojang and if it's a reasonable problem then they might just give you a refund

Oh so what your saying is I could have two accounts one for smp and free build? What would be the point what if I forget a password to the other account?

I don't see the point in having two different accounts for the same community. If you forgot your account password and can't retrieve it, make a new one and I'm sure a Trustee+ would be more then happy to /infoswap you.
