Did you upgrade your software from a old version?

So did you edit your players database, or used other tools that did?

Remove the PlayerDB.txt file and let the server generate a fresh one.

Editing the Player Database is best done in-game/on console using the commands, it won't crash that way.

PlayerDB corruption happens most often when A) There is a power failure while the file is being written, or B) People mess up with their PlayerDB files by editing them by hand.

If you could email me your PlayerDB file, I could see if I could recover it. No guarantees though. [email protected]

I've just opened console so the server could be up. I haven't messed with anything 'cept config so i dont screw anything up. So maybe the tools did?

OK. I've deleted the PlayerDB and it started up again. Thank you. PROBLEM SOLVED! :D
