Reason Given: Kicked three times without any warnings, once with higherups online.

I actually warned, and he kept going. No one was there except him and me. I typed in the kick command and Xela just logged into the server to review someone's build, as I was just about to pressed enter. I was the only builder there. This was about an hour ago. I swear to God that I was the only builder there. And there was no one higher rank than me online. He came back and he came back again. Come one, I just got promoted. I'm learning. I only kicked one person.

You didn't warn, you kicked three times without ANY warnings.
The second time you kicked someone for "Tunneling", which we don't do either, while Xela had been talking in the chat for the last load of minutes.
I don't want you kicking for a while.
