Heartbeat Problem

When we boot up the server, this message appears in console:

Warning: Heartbeat: minecraft.net is probably down (Error getting response stream (Write: The authentication or decryption has failed.): SendFailure)

Our server is not being shown on the minecraft.net list. Is there a known fix to this?
